The Community Coalition of University Heights was formed in 2018 to advocate for community priorities with the proposed redevelopment of the Brucker site by the San Diego Unified School District. Since then, the Coalition has expanded its focus and membership to address other community-wide issues that require collaboration.

 

Founding members of the Coalition include the University Heights Historical Society, the University Heights Community Association, and the University Heights Community Development Corporation. Other members of the Coalition will vary depending on the issue.

 

Our goal is to effect positive, community-driven change in University Heights through cooperation and collaboration with other organizations.
